A collectors piece. Made in Svres in 1940s. Hand painted, gilt monograms LP under a crown, signifying King Louis Phillippe who reigned as King of France from 1830-1848 flanked by putti or cherubs on background of clouds. The backstamps show that they were made in 1844 for the Chateau de Tuileries.
